Story
The story follows SP V. Athiyan IPS, a fearless police officer and encounter specialist known as “Vettaiyan.” He believes that criminals should be dealt with through strong and decisive action.
Athiyan works with Patrick, a former thief and tech expert who helps the police with investigations. His approach changes when he becomes involved in the investigation of a teacher’s murder.
As the case develops, Athiyan’s actions lead to an unexpected tragedy. He is forced to question his beliefs about encounter killings and confront a larger system that hides dangerous truths.
Plot
Athiyan investigates a complaint about drugs being distributed through a school. His investigation leads him to a drug supplier, whom he eliminates in an encounter.
Although the encounter receives public support, it also attracts attention from human rights authorities. Later, Athiyan becomes involved in a murder investigation that challenges his understanding of justice.
As the truth unfolds, he discovers that the case is connected to a much larger network of corruption and exploitation. Athiyan must ultimately decide whether justice should be delivered through force or through the law.
