Story
Years after the events of War (2019), legendary RAW agent Kabir Dhaliwal is believed to have turned rogue. To the world, he has become India’s most dangerous enemy.
However, the truth is far more complex.
Kabir has secretly infiltrated the powerful Kali Cartel, an international criminal syndicate determined to destabilize India’s government from within. His undercover mission was assigned years earlier by Colonel Sunil Luthra, but the operation required the entire world—including India’s intelligence agencies—to believe Kabir had betrayed his country.
As Kabir moves deeper into enemy territory, the Indian government deploys its deadliest Special Units officer—Agent Vikram Chelapathi—to eliminate him.

Plot
Set in January 2025, the story follows Kabir after he successfully eliminates dangerous global criminals while operating as an independent mercenary.
Following an assassination mission in Japan, Kabir travels to Germany, where he is drugged and secretly transported to India. There, he comes face-to-face with the Kali Cartel, a multinational criminal organization seeking to infiltrate the Indian political system.
Unknown to the cartel, Kabir has spent years working undercover for RAW.
Meanwhile, the government believes Kabir has become too dangerous to control and assigns Agent Vikram Chelapathi, an exceptionally skilled Special Units officer, to hunt him down.
As their paths collide across multiple countries, the line between friend and foe begins to blur. Their mission soon evolves into a brutal battle where trust, patriotism, and sacrifice are tested at every turn.
