Robinhood is a 2025 Telugu action-comedy heist film directed by Venky Kudumula. Story
The Robinhood story follows Ram, an orphan who grows up believing that the entire country is his family. Inspired by a school pledge, he develops a unique sense of responsibility towards people in need.
As he grows older, Ram becomes a skilled thief who steals from the wealthy and uses the money to support struggling orphanages. His activities eventually attract the attention of the police, who begin tracking the mysterious thief known as Robinhood.
Ram’s life takes an unexpected turn when he becomes involved with Neera Vasudev, the daughter of wealthy Australian businessman Vasudev. Concerned about his daughter’s safety, Vasudev hires a security company to protect her after she travels to India to reconnect with her roots.
However, the security agency turns out to be a rundown operation in Hyderabad run by Janardhan Sunnipetah, also known as John Snow. Ram eventually joins the company and unexpectedly finds himself working as Neera’s personal security officer.
What follows is a mix of action, comedy, adventure, romance, and unexpected twists as the master thief is forced to switch sides and protect the very people who become part of his life.
