Story
The story follows Thoovella Bhaskaran Master, a former teacher, and Double Mohanan, his former protégé who becomes involved in sandalwood smuggling.
Their relationship turns hostile when both men claim ownership of a rare sandalwood tree planted by Bhaskaran. What begins as a dispute over the tree gradually develops into a fierce battle driven by greed, betrayal, pride, and revenge.
Set against the rugged landscape of Marayoor, Vilayath Buddha explores the complicated relationship between a mentor and his disciple while portraying their struggle for power and survival.
