Story
The story is set in the remote tribal village of Pullangi and follows Solmon, a construction worker who lives with deep personal insecurities.
Solmon has a squint in one eye, which becomes a source of embarrassment and affects the way he sees himself. He uses black spectacles to hide his eyes, but the glasses also become a symbol of the emotional barriers he has built around himself.
Solmon dreams of leaving his village and escaping the judgment of people around him. However, his life begins to change when he meets Leela, a resilient young woman who gradually becomes an important part of his journey.
Their relationship encourages Solmon to confront the fears and painful experiences he has carried for years. As love and unexpected challenges enter his life, he begins to understand that his biggest struggle is not with other people’s opinions but with his own perception of himself.
The story follows Solmon as he moves from shame and insecurity towards courage, self-worth, and acceptance.
Plot
Sri Chidambaram Garu combines rural drama, romance, and emotional storytelling to explore the importance of accepting oneself.
