The Australian-American-Indian co-production is inspired by the 2009 Living Mumbai documentary about the Mumbai attack in 2008 against the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai, India. About ten years ago, Australian director Gary Hamilton and executive producer Ying Li in Thailand, where he left Bombay to India and spent the night at the elegant Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. On November 26, 2008, the young chambermaid Arjun announced that she working under Chief Hemant Oberoi at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai, India, to remind her colleagues that he was a guest god of Misafir.
Among the guests of the day were the British Muslim heir Zahra and her American husband David, their baby Cameron and their nurse Sally, and the former operator of Spasilnaz Vasili.
MUMBAI HOTEL is an exciting and true story about humanity and heroism that clearly depicts the headquarters of the famous Taj hotel in 2008 by a group of terrorists in Mumbai, India.
